Hi Robertson_NC and mattdoubleyoo. Have you tried different browsers, as well? 

 

The incident we had earlier today has been resolved by our team, so I’d like to investigate this further.

I am also facing this same error message and it was not resolved by the steps you mentioned above in this thread.

    I'm also facing this error when trying to share files, specifically .mov.

     

    It flashes the file preview and then shows the error message.

      Still getting this error and people i'm sending links to are also getting it
