Editing files in a shared folder from a mobile device

Hello, I am trying to change settings so that the person I share a folder to can sign a document and fill out a few quizzes from their mobile device. Is this possible? I changed the settings to 'can edit' but in the article I found it said it will not work fro mobile devices.

Hi bridgetscally, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What type of file are they trying to edit in the shared folder? What error are they getting exactly?

Also, when you say sign a document, are you referring to the Dropbox Sign feature, or something else?

This will help me to assist further!

Hey bridgetscally, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify the type of the file that's giving this error and, if possible, send us a screenshot of the error so that we can have a look too?
