Editing files in a shared folder from a mobile device

Hello, I am trying to change settings so that the person I share a folder to can sign a document and fill out a few quizzes from their mobile device. Is this possible? I changed the settings to 'can ...

Hey bridgetscally, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify the type of the file that's giving this error and, if possible, send us a screenshot of the error so that we can have a look too?
