Dropbox upload sync is very slow
Hi, I've been using Dropbox business for years now with my current company and my previous two jobs. I'm trying to archive all my old footage and while I have 1000mbps up and down, my upload on dropb...

Hey, did you end up getting this solved? I've been using drobox for months now with upload speeds being super fast, last 72 hours it's been almost impossible to use even though my internet is still fast as always. Dropbox support has been incredibly slow and pointing me at all the usual suspects that are not heling (antivirus/firewall issues, ISP throttling, Cache problems, device problems). But multiple members of my team are experiencing the same issue.

No, I got the same line about throttling and server location. Interesting as I get line speed to every other service, dropboxes backend just sucks. I’m moving to Onedrive.

Finally Dropbox admits that it is there fault after a week of back and forth "troubleshooting" on my end. Just got this email last night.
"Dropbox engineers are aware of the problem Australian based customers and are working on a solution. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will update you once resolved. "
Great...

Good to hear they fessed up to it!! I always knew the problem was with Dropbox because Google Drive was uploading at the full 40Mbps on the same machine I had Dropbox installed. The admins can deflect and blame other things as much as they like but if quacks like a duck and walks like a duck it's a duck!!

Hey! I need expert support. I have the same problem as the colleagues above. And please, dropbox, don't come up with a ready-made list telling me to go look at bandwidth or anything like that. I've tried everything, but the problem is on your server. I need to fix this for work or I'll have to switch platforms.

Hi thiagodiasssss, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Have you tried contacting the support team directly?
