Dropbox on pc stopped syncing

My Dropbox on pc has stopped syncing over 24 hours ago. However when I use it on my phone then website any changes show there, but not in the pc app. The Dropbox icon isn’t in the tray any more, and...

Hi AnimalNikki89, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

If the Dropbox icon isn't in the system tray, then it means that either it's hidden behind the arrow, or it's not running at all. 

 

Could you try running the app to see if this helps to sync the files?

 

Keep me updated with any progress!

There’s no arrow for it to hide behind. I have opened and closed the app several times today and it is not syncing anything.

    Could you attach a screenshot showing the system tray?

     

    Have you tried reinstalling the app, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?

      I can’t seem to add an image here. I usually use Dropbox for sharing files.
      The link you’ve shared says iOS, my iOS app is fine, it’s the pc app which isn’t working.

        If you open the link on a desktop machine, it'll automatically default to the correct version for your OS. 

         

        If you're viewing it on an iOS device, then it'll direct you to the mobile version.
