Dropbox Mac Beta: Green Circles are gone - everything has the cloud symbol
I am assuming work is being done in the background, but as of a few days ago, I no longer have green circles for downloaded (available offline) files. Everything has a cloud symbol (that symbol doesn...

Hi THX1965, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you just confirm that these are available offline by showing the context menu when right clicking one of the files?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for responding, Jay
They are available offline since I can open and play these audio files without downloading them (while being disconnected from the internet).
Below is a screenshot of what I see when I right-click on one of these files. I see the "make available offline" option. Does Dropbox think they are online only?
The Dropbox app also has been stuck on "indexing" for days now. Nothing seems to happen.

Jay - one more thing that may or may not have something to do with the strange sync icon behavior I am seeing - my Dropbox App beta is no longer syncing.
I quit the app, and relaunched it (where I go ta few "can't start" error messages with log txt files). It now seems to be up and running, but it's been stuck in "indexing" forever. The even bigger problem is - nothing gets synced. - I have folders where I share urgent content automatically with business clients - they now can't get my files. My entire professional workflow has come crashing down.
I can't tell for sure when Dropbox stopped syncing - files that I added to a Dropbox folder on March 7 are available on Dropbox.com, but files from March 19 and later were not uploaded. I had not noticed and Dropbox did not give me any sync errors. Strangely, under "View sync issues" the Dropbox app shows no issues.
Of course, I tried all the steps Dropbox suggests when the app stops syncing (quit-relaunch, full disc access, accessibility, and so forth). Since this is a beta version, I am sure the fix is not that simple.
What shall I do now? I still have those txt logs. Who shall I send them to?
Thank you in advance. Needless to say, this is a rather urgent matter.

I am having lots of Dropbox sync issues, symbols not showing the actual status of files, and now - after restarting the Dropbox app - it says "Can't sync".
When I tried to restart the app again, it could not start, giving me an error message with a log file. I tried it again right away, this time it launched.
What should I do now?
