Dropbox Folder Items NOT showing up on my computer

I've been a DROPBOX user for over 10 years and love all the features.  Recently, I have been having a problem , which I believe is syncing with my computer. This seems to happen only with photos.  ...

    That was the problem.  The Computer application was not starting.  I checked my startup options and DROPBOX was turned off.   Not sure why.

    So, once I started it, it took DROPBOX about 2 hours to sync everything.  So, now I am back to normal.
