Hi leandrosilva, I'd be happy to help!
You mentioned that you have some issues when trying to upload your content to your Dropbox account. What is the version of the Dropbox app on your mobile?
Also, can you walk me through the steps you follow, in order for you to upload the content? Do you click the + button in the Dropbox app, or go through your files on your mobile, then click "share"?
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan,
Thanks for your reply.
Dropbox App version: 316.2.2.
Please find below the detailed steps:
01. Take the screenshot (pressing the side button and the home button at the same time);
02. Click on the screenshot (while it’s showing its preview on the lower left corner);
03. Click on the upload icon (top right corner - icon: arrow up inside a rectangle);
04. Select Dropbox (from the installed Apps available);
05. Select the Dropbox folder where to upload the file;
06. Click on Save (top right corner);
07. Sending file;
08. Error: "Sending failed. File upload failed. Check and try again."

Hey leandrosilva and roger272, thanks for letting us know about this.
I tried to reproduce this on my end, but I'm not having any issues.
Can you tap on 'account', then on the gear icon, then on 'clear cache', and restart the app, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for your reply.
I already 'clear cache', 'clear history' and even re-installed Dropbox app, but the problem remains.

Hi leandrosilva, the steps you mention were via the OS interface. Could you try manually opening the Dropbox app, pressing the + button and then uploading the image to a folder?
