Can't access my new files after upgrading to Dropbox Family

I have upgrated my dropbox free to  a dropbox family instead of sharing it with my husband - I payed it in mai 2023 but We can't use it - I cant see my new files , but my husdand can see is new files...

Hey EHD1, thanks for taking the time to post to the Dropbox Community.

 

When you say that you can't access your new files, do you mean in your computer's Dropbox folder or in your account online?

 

Are these new files added by your husband's account?

 

Can he see the files when he logs into his account online?
