Cannot make files available offline

I have shared folder in dropbox, whose files i can view from browser, but they are not visible in offline folder of dropbox. I tried syncing, but nothing appears.

Is this definitely a shared folder that is visible in your Dropbox account, or a shared link to a folder?

    Hi 

    It is a shared folder, and i can see and open files inside folder through browser, but they are not visible in folder on hard drive.

      Hey Sujeet12, sorry to jump in here, but could you check if the name of this folder or the files inside it contain any incompatible characters?

       

      Otherwise, is it possible that you selectively unsynced this folder from your device?

        Hi,

        I have checked selective sync and file names too, still does not work.
