Allow Team Admin to manage "Online Only" settings globally for all Team folders

My team consists of 4 other members, in a distributed environment, one of whom is also a Team Admin. None of my team is technically adept and none of them fully understand how the Dropbox App works ...

Could you have a look at this article and this one and let us know if they help achieve what you had in mind?

 

To do this, you could try putting the default for the folders to be selectively synced to the computer as well as enforcing the default sync to be online only.
