All Shareable Links are Disabled
Hey Dropbox,
All of our links that we share to be edited is currently disabled. How can we resolve this?

Hi there, I created a file to share photos. I emailed the link via outlook. While link has been working all day, everyone now sees this message? I do use a FREE account. If i upgrade my plan, will this help? Its only a one off share, I dont use dropbox often.
Link temporarily disabled This can happen when the link has been shared or downloaded too many times in a day.Check back later and we’ll open access to more people.

Hi there nikkiristoski, sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like your shared links may have been banned. How long have you been having this issue?
Did you get an email from Dropbox informing you about this perhaps?
Keep us posted!
- nikkiristoski2 years agoNew member | Level 2Yes I only just emailed the link out and it was disabled. I was able the reinstate it first time but obviously people are opening they email and link and it banned me again almost immediately. I opted to then pay and upgrade my account. It still did not work.
Jacob - from support over and over belittled me and couldn’t explain what I needed to do. I even provided him the email that said upgrade TODAY to increase.
He said unless I paid now for the professional pan, he could not help me with any answers.
When I also opted to upgrade, it was offered as a 30 day trail. No option to decline the free trial. Jacob also went on to say I didn’t pay anything and therefore not eligible for his help.- Megan2 years agoDropbox Staff
Hi nikkiristoski, do you happen to have a ticket number reference, so that I can locate it on our end?
