Trouble moving m4a files to other folders.
Hello!
I've been dealing with this issue for some time where if someone uploads an m4a file to a folder (in my case they are given a request link), I cannot move it to another folder to organize it. I routinely get the error message "Couldn't move 1 item to [insert name]" and I cannot for the life of me find a solution. It doesn't matter how many times I refresh, clean out my dropbox to make more space, drag it manually, or move it using the "move" function, I still have this problem and notably only with files that are m4a format.
Any advice? It would be much appreciated.
Hey hellomoto, sorry to jump in here, but could you try renaming the files and try to move them anew?
Do you still get the same errors?

Hey hellomoto, thanks for posting on the forum about this.
As a first step, can you send me a full screenshot of the error message you keep receiving?
Have you tried to reproduce this on another browser? Does the same issue persist?
Finally, if you try to move an mp4 file from another folder on your Dropbox account to a different location, do you see the same error?
Keep me updated on this!

Sure, here is the error message!
I tried on a different browser, it worked fine for a moment, but then I couldn't move the files again...
It doesn't matter which folder it is, it will be like this for several folders across dropbox.
