restored files are missing

Hi there,

 

I have deleted my work file from drop box by mistake , when i tried to restore it it restored a fraction of the files that were there originally. many files were not restored 

 

And the files disappeared from my computer.

 

can any one help

    If the files weren't synchronized to your Dropbox account, then there would be no way for Dropbox to recover them. Dropbox can only recover files that were synced to your account.

    Hi there, No in fact i didn't have enough quota , but the files on my computers that were not synchronised were disappeared completely
