Recover files from deleted account previously in a locked state
I had received this message to my junk folder from Dropbox - This a reminder that the Buddy team is still in locked state. If Buddy is still in locked state after October 16, 2024, the entire team, which includes all files, and admin and member accounts will be deleted permanently. I was traveling and when I returned I had found out that all my 10 years worth of business files have been deleted. Does anyone know how I can get this restored? They legally have to keep files for 30 days. This is going to cause me significant issues, I am hoping someone can help.

Have you tried getting in contact with our support team directly through since they'd be better equipped to look into this for you with account specific information?
If you did and have a ticket ID, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up in our system.
