We're missing folders from 2024 and we can't find them anywhere.
We are a small group of volunteers who run peer support groups for people with chronic conditions. All of our folders/files from 2024 (except the few files that were not in folders) have disappeared....

Thank you for your reply. Yes, we have checked that, but it still only goes up to 2023 unfortunately.

APSN, do you have any other Dropbox accounts (under another email address) where these files may be currently saved?
Were these files/folders shared with anyone else? Have you checked your Shared tab here?

Thank you for your reply Nancy. Yes, the folders are shared with others, but they can't see the 2024 files either. This means that any new participants for 2024 have been lost and we are quite concerned.
