I think that indeed I have used a business account by my university and also have linked it to my personal account.

“ Can you confirm you're indeed using a Business account, please?” I assume that this means that the major account is business account, because I actually have personal account and business account, and as you mentioned before, I have linked my personal account to my business account.

Hey dz3, sorry to jump in here, but have you tried disabling and/or deleting your backed up folders from your backups page?
Also, could you clarify if you have the desktop app installed on your computer at the moment?

I have once tried to delete the backup folder(not through the app,directly through my computer), but since the folders are so larger, I canceled the process before it begins deleting
