Photos Folder Missing
Hi there I am quite worried as I lost thousands of photos and don't know where they have been, can you please help. I checked my deleted items, but couldn't find them either. Best regards...

Are you able to see any events showing the deletion?
When was the last time you accessed the folder to view the photos?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for your reply.
I am unable to see any events on the deletion page.
Also, I don't remember the last time I accessed the folder to view the photos - but was completely shocked and not able to find it - I did search for it.

Hi Saffin, were you editing this files on the Dropbox site itself, or from another device, or were you only editing in the local Dropbox folder?
When was the last time you checked for the files online? If you're not seeing any deletions when visiting the events page that should mean that the content was never synced to Dropbox, or that they were deleted a long time ago.
