Open the same files in 2 devices and locations at the same time
Hello!
When I have an account opened in one device, I can't access the same account on another device in a different location.
Is there any way we can avoid that?

Account, or file?
If you mean a file, if it's an Office file you can use the Dropbox Badge to be notified when someone else has opened a file, or if it's a shared file and you're on a Professional or Business account you can lock the file so others can't edit it. Otherwise no, you can't avoid that. If you open the same file in multiple locations and make changes to both, you'll end up with a conflicted copy. Remember, when you have Dropbox installed on two devices and both open the same file, they're each opening their own copy of the file. Each device has its own copy of the files. Aside from the options above, Dropbox can't tell when a file has been opened in multiple locations.

Thank you for the explanation, but I mean account.

You should be able to access the same account from multiple devices, regardless of the location. If you're on a Basic (free) account you can link up to three devices to your account. Paid accounts can link as many devices as they wish. To link a device you just install the appropriate Dropbox application for that device and sign in your account.
When you say you can't access the account on another device, what actually is happening? Are you getting an error message?
