  • Hey Z3TA4, I'm sorry to say that if the files were deleted from your account that long ago, they can no longer be recovered.

Deleted files can be recovered up to 30-180 days, depending on your Dropbox plan, but anything outside the restoration window, cannot be restored.

Hi Z3TA4, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It sounds like you're missing files on your account.

Could you check the events page and deleted files page to see if they can be recovered?

This will help me to assist further!

yes, my files are lost, but I downloaded all my files on another date but the download was interrupted the zip file never downloaded but everything was deleted from my account... and everything was full, what I need is to see if i can get them back Or if there is a backup of the backup before they were deleted, why can't I find anything in events or anywhere? It's not even registered that there has ever been a document. help
