4 years agomy files disappeared.
I installed the dropbox on my MAC and it automatically uploaded some files.
However when I entered the dropbox, it is not there. it is an important file and I cannot miss it. Can someone help me? ...

Hey sramondelli21, sorry to hear about your missing files.
When was the last time you logged in to the account with the files and had access to them?
Are you currently logged in to the same account, or is it possible that you've logged in to a different account by mistake?
And can you check if you can find your files in your deleted files or events page?

I checked in July and august. It seems to have happened when my computer crashed but my drop box files should have been saved in my account. They are not in deleted files. There’s nothing anywhere. And I’m getting charged for additional storage for the files that are no longer there

Was it the paid account that had all the files inside, sramondelli21?
If so, are you currently signed into it? Which plan do you see that you're on, in your account settings here?

I understand, sramondelli21, but in order for us to investigate and resolve this for you, can you reply to my questions, please?
