My files are lost and can't be restored

登入後發現有檔案顯示我被盜用賬號,要聯絡某電子郵件,但我聯絡後也沒有回應,裡面的檔案資料夾全部遺失,也沒有在回收垃圾桶,然而也沒有備份..請問該如何解決? 求解答謝謝
