I'm really sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid that if the file was deleted more than 30 days ago, we won't be able to restore it.
We could send you an email if you want, so we can look into what happened to it and how long ago it was deleted, etc.

Have you searched your deleted files page, to see if you can locate and restore them?

Do you see any signs of your missing files in your events page? This is the place where all uploads, deletions, and edits are normally logged, so it should give you a hint.
