I'm really sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid that if the file was deleted more than 30 days ago, we won't be able to restore it.
We could send you an email if you want, so we can look into what happened to it and how long ago it was deleted, etc.

You may want to contact other people who had copies, look in your backups etc. to see if they still have a version because it sounds very unlikely Dropbox can restore it. If its not on those places you have already checked its 99.99% certain its not recoverable via Dropbox.
yes I have checked copies in my hard disk and I downloaded an app for restoring deleted data on my mac
but still until now, no sign of it :"( 😢
