I lost my pictures and videos when reinstalling the Dropbox mobile app
I had 3700+ pics/videos in my dropbox. I was having slow phone issues so decided I would transfer (all) data from phone to a USB drive, reset all settings on phone then reinstall saved info on USB to see if my phone was improved. All other info, apps ect came back except dropbox. My worst fear came real!! Please help me recover-I have tried all the help center methods and no luck. Tim
- After hours of attempting to recover my pics and videos I was finally able to accomplish by just a simple oversight. I swapped 2 numbers accidentally from my original Gmail. After the reset all settings I signed back in to dropbox with my correct Gmail which didn't allow access until I used the "wrong" gmail.

You should be able to just reinstall Dropbox from the App Store and log in with your username etc. and everything, as long as it uploaded, should be there.
