I got locked out of my account, and I can't access my files.
I cancelled my team subscription a long time ago but they even deleted the ones that were individuals and were still by themselves. I can't access all my saved files now

Do you get any specific errors when trying to access your Dropbox account?
It sounds like you're talking about a previous Dropbox Team, that might have been in a locked state, could this be the case? Did you receive any Dropbox-related emails about the status of the account?

- Ant-Man14 days agoExplorer | Level 3I did have a team account but I canceled it but it deleted the other two accounts that still were separate and I can't login into niether one of them. It was only to disband the team because I wasn't using all of them, I finally got my Stuff back from my old account which because email was not available anymore, now they deleted the email with all my files on it

Hi Ant-Man , and sorry for jumping in. Can you clarify what you mean in the second part of your post, when saying that you got your stuff back from your account, but now they’ve deleted the email address with your files?

When I finally got all my stuff from the previous account where the email was no longer in service due to email company changing it's way, all it went to my other email [email removed as per Community Guidelines] and that email got link in with the team joint account email on accidentally but when I chose not to renewal the subscription it deleted both the other main accounts that were all already separated individual accounts prior to the team business joint and I can no longer long into both accounts because it says error sign. It won't do one time code sign in, reset my password, send code verification through email either because it says account has been locked or deleted
