How can I recover files deleted 2 months ago?

I am currently using a package for 5 members. Currently, one of our members has a virus on his computer, so all the files in a folder were deleted, which we forgot to restore more than 2 months ago. Is there any way for us to restore it on the system?

Again, thank you to anyone who offers some assistance.

Hi chuonghoang, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you part of a Dropbox team, since you mentioned you're using a plan for 5 members?

Are you able to recover the files from the deleted files page?

This will help me to assist further!

I am a member of a group of 5 people. On August 29, 2024, one member got infected with a virus, which resulted in the deletion of all files in the company's system. The company has restored most of the data, but we recently discovered that one folder was missed, and it has now been over 30 days, so we cannot recover this data. Is there any other way to restore it? Sincerely thank you.

As it's been well over 30 days, and it doesn't sound like you were on a paid plan with more than 30 days of version history, then it wouldn't be possible to recover those files, unfortunately.
