Dropbox is full even though I never use my dropbox?

I keep getting emails saying that my DropBox is almost full and now I have been receiving emails saying that it is full and I need to purchase an upgrade.    The issue is that I never ever use my...

    It sounds like you're a member of a shared folder that is taking up all the quota on your account.

    You can leave the folder using these steps, either temporarily or permanently, and that will free up your quota, without affecting the other users on the shared folder.

    Regarding phone support, currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
