Deleting files does not free up space
I deleted about half of my files and then permanently deleted them in the "Deleted Files" section. It still says I'm about out of space. Is there something else I need to do?

It was my SMS backup program. All solved.

Note: Just found the space where deleted files are deleted permanently. The file usage number was reduced only a small amount, not relative to the actual amount of file usage I deleted.

Hey jrbartlettjr, thanks for reaching out to us.
What's your used space, if you take a look at the plan tab in your account settings?
Is it possible that you have any shared folders in the account? Shared folders also take up space.

Thank you Hannah for your reply. Yes I did find a Folder that I have not done anything with for some time. It is "Shared" and "Delete" is not an option. I am clicking everywhere trying to learn how to disconnect it.
