Can't find the ellipsis icon in order to move, copy, or delete files

Every time I get instructions for moving folders or copying folders or deleting folders - I'm told to "hover and click on the ellipse".  I am using DB on a Mac - THERE IS NO ELLIPSE! HELP!

Since you're referring to the ellipsis icon, I'm assuming you're talking about our website, right?

 

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the options you do see, so we can check if we're missing something?

I want to DELETE the folder 23-247 Fortnight VORTEX completely. 

 

I have set up A NEW folder called 23-247 CORRECT VORTEX (which obviously is correct).  Then I want to move this folder called WRAP FOLDER TEMPLATES into 23-247 CORRECT VORTEX.

 

 I can't get any folders to move, delete or copy into other folders, yes it's the website!  Help!

    Hey MeMo3779, can you check if you can find the ellipsis icon on the right side of the folder names through this page (not from the navigation panel on the left)?

      I also can't find an ellipsis to the right of my folder names. I want to delete folders as well. Please help.

    Hey Anne W.3, sorry to see you're having trouble deleting folders from your account.

     

    Are you looking at the 'all files' page for the ellipsis button?

     

    If you don't see it there, can you try from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?

      Yes, I tried chrome and safari and they look identical without the ellipses. See attached screenshot. Also attaching a screenshot of the new "large grid," which makes the photos so small I can't review them unless selecting them individually. Is there a setting to make it truly a large grid so I can scan them quickly in the grid?

        Hi Anne W.3, you're trying to view the ellipsis on the navigation menu on the left, and not on the main body of the website to the right. 

         

        Are you able to see that larger part of the site? Hovering over files and folders there will let you see the ellipsis.
