Admin Setting for Allowing Cut/Paste from Team Folder to Non-Team Folder

Would love if Dropbox created an Admin-level setting which would allow Admins and/or Users to simply move a file from a Team/Shared Folder to a non-Team/Shared Folder by cutting and pasting.  I used ...
