Windows 10 Can't sync (permission denied) [SOLVED!]

    My problem is RESOLVED!

    Solution: Updataing Windows 10.
    I was running build 10565 before, now after update 10586.3.

    After the update everything is working and all the files are synced!

    So that must have been an OS releted issue since the update fixed it.

Win 10 home here. Same issues. Have tried all recommended fixes. 

If I change dropbox.exe to run as administrator it works. That is only a temp fix as I have to give it permission each time PC starts.

 

I suspect it's a Win 10 access permissions issue but don't know how to solve it.
