Why can't I sync my files?

    Hi Richard2000, let's jump right into this! 

     

    It seems you're having some trouble syncing your files when using the desktop app. 

     

    As a first step, can you clarify if the number of files is stuck there, or if it's decreasing with time? Also, keep in mind that you're using a beta version of our app.

     

    I'd suggest that you downgrade, in order to see if this is causing any issues. You can do this by going into your account settings on the Dropbox website and turning Early releases off. After that, install one of the stable builds of the Dropbox application.
