Why can't i download shared files from the Dropbox site?
i can't seem to download shared files. an error message appears "There was an error downloading your file." how do i solve this?

Just for clarification, are you trying to download shared files (which are visible here), or files in a shared link?
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
