Transcripts are not being downloaded after a file has been clipped.
Hi there,
Do any of you know if it is possible generate transcripts after an audio file has been clipped into a few tracks?
I was only able to access the transcript for the very first part of the recording and I am wondering if I can still download the transcript of the other clips (of the same audio). I have tried like I normally do (by the way, it works beautifully) but like I said, I was only able to get the transcript of the first clipped audio.
I would appreciate any ideas as using these transcripts would help me study for a course I am attending. English is not my first language and it would save me an enormous amount of time to transcribe the audio tracks.
Thanks!

Hey @Lu B, I appreciate your patience here!
Do you use Dropbox Replay for your content? If that's the case, I was wondering if you've taken a look at the relevant Help Center article, and if that helps at all.
