Terrible support and it's only getting worse.
Every time I have a simple need from support no less than a dozen emails go back and forth. I'm in the middle of one now and it's obvious that the guy I'm talking to has absolutely no knowledge of anything. Now he's going to refer me to a "specialist". This one should not need a specialist. Time to take my business to Google Drive.
