Sometimes the comment button doesn't open the section.

I keep having problems with trying to open comments to my shared audiofiles. Sometimes everything works as intended, other times the comment button won't open the comment section whatsoever. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem and how to fix it?

    Do you notice this behavior in regards to your comment section, when using a specific browser? 

     

    Have you tried clearing the cache on your current one, or using an entirely different one? 

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

      Thank you for looking into it.
      I've been using the latest version of Google Chrome browser. Clearing cache does not seem to make any difference, as some comments still won't open.
      The mobile app works, though.
      I will try Mozilla Firefox on my laptop and let you know how it goes.
