Why don't I see all my documents under All Files?
Why can't I see all document files in All Files? Only Photos are prompting.
- 3 months agoHello Jay,
I was using both. I hadn’t accessed my Dropbox account for a considerable time during which there had been OS and IOS version updates. After searching a number of individual documents on Dropbox site, eventually the files found their way to the listing. Seems ok.
Thanks for your attention.
Jay

Hi Bonkers, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you using the Dropbox site or the mobile app?
What exactly are you seeing on the screen? A screenshot of this would help greatly.
This will help me to assist further!
