I get an error when downloading from a shared link.
Hello
I used to be able to download from web links emailed to me. But recently I cannot. The download will not start. It starts to cycle like the download is beginning then an Error screen pops up....

Thanks for posting about this on our Community, AT-SLP.
What’s the average size of the files/folders you’re downloading from the shared link(s)? Is this happening for multiple shared links?
Can you open the shared link with no issues, and it's only when trying to download the files that the error appears?
Have you tested this on a different browser/incognito window?
Let me know what you find.

Hi Nancy - I have tried on another computer and it works fine. Seems it may be my laptop issue. I have downloaded no problems previously on my laptop. But in the last few weeks it seems I cannot download anything via Dropbox link. Hum??

To clarify, did you try downloading the shared link via another browser/incognito mode on the laptop and it still doesn’t work?

I tried using a different browser and it worked. I used Google Chrome. Previously I had been using Microsoft Edge.
