You need to provide more information before anyone will know how to help you. Not showing up where? On the Dropbox website, your computer, a mobile device, etc.? Are you getting an error message? Where are you expecting to see them and where did they come from. Please be specific.

Have you tried previewing your content using a different browser, by any chance?

Hey Caricart8, just a heads up that your screenshot wasn't attached, in case you tried to send it over.
Also, if you download the file locally, and try to open it from there do you see any similar messages, or does it preview?

Hi Caricart8, it sounds like the file wasn't successfully uploaded to Dropbox originally, which is why you're not seeing the preview on the site, and also get an error message when viewing the downloaded copy.
