Nothing happens when I open my files via the Dropbox app on my macOS Sequoia 15.2 device.

Hi Mark, I don't know why they wont open, they work fine on my ipad and iphone and also a windows chrome pad. It just seems to be a problem with the macbook. When I click on the file folder or try to open them in finder nothing happens. If I right click on a folder a menu opens that I can select "open" and that will open a subfolder in a new window. Then I have to continuously right click to open in a new window until I finally get the document I need. Then once I edit the document and need to save it - the mac won't let me save it back to a dropbox folder - it wants me to go through a file transfer that I can't figure out. Using dropbox works flawlessly on my ipad and iphone. On the mac in finder, I see the dropbox logo under applications. On my ipad and iphone it has its own stand alone location in files and is so easy to work with. I'm either going to have to ditch the mac or migrate everything I use in Dropbox over to iCloud. Thank you for any input, I can't seem to reach any support at Dropbox and have been using this service for over 10 years.
Have you installed Dropbox?
Maybe a reinstall would help? www.dropbox.com/downloading
