Invited person can only view the preview instead of full video. Help?
Hi,
I'm using my Professional account to send a view only 3 hr and 45 minute video to about 11 people. The one person that helped me test out the permissions (finally got them right--limited time, no download, view only) but once she was able to open the video, it only showed the preview (2 hrs). Is there something else that needs to happen for them to be able to view the full video?
Thanks for your help.
The only way to do this via Dropbox would be to split it and send out multiple links I'm afraid.

They need to download and view it locally on their machine.
Watching it on the link you send via the Dropbox website limits to a 2hour preview

Thank you for replying. So what you're saying is that I CAN'T send a video that shouldn't be downloaded (even for copyright issues)? Or is there a way for them to be able to download but not share the video?
Otherwise, dropbox isn't going to be a solution for me 😞
