Hello,
How can you assist?
The subscription plans are not something that's been decided by you in Customer Support but by some idiot manager who doesn't seem to understand that there is a lot of people who would prefer a smaller space (2000 gb is ENORMOUS) for a lower cost.
The only way you can help is by forwarding this to said idiot manager.
