Currently you can't merge them.
This article shows how to work around this: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/multiple-accounts/merge-two-accounts

Hey Stian76, thanks for reaching out to us.
This basically depends on what you'd like to do.
If one of the accounts is a Dropbox Business one and the other a personal one (Dropbox Basic, Plus, Professional), you can link the two accounts and access them from the same devices.
However, if you'd like to merge them into one, there's no automatic way to do so.
You'd need to share the files of the account you don't want to keep, with the account you want to keep, or download them from one and upload them to the other.
I hope this helps, but if you have any questions, let me know!

That's really the best option because without access to the email account you may not be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.
If you're unable to get access to the former email you can try contacting Support. At a minimum they'll help you cancel any future charges (if the account has your billing information). To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
