I can't see my files, even though I upgraded.
Hello,
I added several files yesterday on my new dropbox account.
I had a message alerting me that Ive reached my basic capacity. I therefore paid to upgrade to a higher capacity but I still cannot see some pictures. How can I solve this problem please ?
Many thanks !
Neïla

Hey chateausalavaux, let's see what we can find about this together!
What process did you follow on your end when adding the files? Did you use our website, or desktop app?
Can you check your events page, and let me know if you see any of the files added there?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi,
Many thanks for answering !
It is indeed added when I check on the event page. It even mentions that it was added yesterday at 11:32.
However, when I go to the file, it turns around and does not show the pictures.
Looking forward reading you again !

When you say it turns around and does not show the pictures, are you getting any particular error or is the page not loading for you chateausalavaux?
Could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

Hi Walter,
Here is a screenshot on how the pictures appear. It looks the same when we click on each of them individually:
I dragged my files from my desktop to the website version.
Trully hope we can fix it soon 😞
Best,
Neïla
