How often does the family folder update and why can I not see videos members placed in there?

I have added 2 members to my family folder. But cannot see any files. They place in that folder. How often does the family folder update and why can I not see videos those members place in the folder?

    It should be instant but they need to have accepted the family folder invites etc.
