For those not familiar with 5xx errors (prob 500, but could be a number of others), it's basically an unexpected error the web devs didn't anticipate. In a sense this is helpful as it'll get jumped on and sorted quickly. The cause could literally be anything though, so who knows on timeframes (if the underlying storage is down there may be little they can do but wait for the problem to resolve itself)
