Excel file can't be saved 'anywhere' on MacOS

I have an Excel file that was on Dropbox, and I picked it up and wanted to 'Save As' a new name on Dropbox. Couldn't. I tried to save that to my hard drive in Documents. Couldn't. I can save non-Drop...
