Error opening files from folders
Hi. First time on here...hope someone can help please.
I have just gone on the mobile app of dropbox and went to view a file from 2 years ago and it doesn't open...all I get is two blue lines dancing about on the screen...one on the left and one on the right.
These files I have always been able to access until just now when I noticed this issue.
What is it and how do I fix it please
Hi there Greatdj123 - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let me know if you're able to preview those files normally on the website instead of the mobile app?
If you're able to view them normally there, you could try clearing the app's cache and restarting your device.
Keep me posted!

Yes I can view online.- NancyDropbox Staff
Greatdj123, did you also try Walter’s suggestion to clear the Dropbox app’s cache, and restart your phone?
If that didn’t help, I’d like a screenshot of what you see on your end, please.
