Dropbox deleted my paid account and I can't contact them

I had two Dropbox accounts:
1. <>
2. <>

The problem was that when I tried to select the files to backup for the <> account, C:\BACKUP\ was not available for selection and this is where my stuff is.

So I chatted with Mary

Mary told me the  <> was a trial told me how to delete it, which I did.

Then Mary told me that my <> account was a Plus account with a Trial.
Mary told me to cancel the Trial part, which I did.

Then Mary told me to click "The link", and she closed the chat.

But she didn't give me any link.

Then my <> account was gone.

Now, I have no account at all. This means that I can't get online tech support.

I paid $119 in June for my <> Plus account.

I want my <> account back and I want tech support

    Since you've chatted with our support team about this, could you share your ticket number so that we can look it up in our system?

     

    Also, are you able to log in normally on both of your Dropbox accounts? If so, could you clarify what plan you're on at the moment on both of them?

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
